Job Summary
– Hiring for Business development executive who has experience in sales and lead generation for Embedded IOT company.
– Should have good experience in hands on revenue generation from the market.
– Should possess good knowledge of the lead generation via field research.
– Should be capable to interact with the client with terms to interact and achieve the competency framework.
– Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
– Building business relationships with potential clients.
– Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
– Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Responsibilities and Duties
– Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
– Keep prospective client database updated.
– Make cold calls for new business leads.
– Support in writing new business proposals.
– Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
– Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
– Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of clients, submission of contracts etc.
Qualifications and Skills
– Should have at least 1 year experience in sales process.
– Should possess the required skills.
– This job is not for Freshers.
– Bachelors in Engineering, Bachelors in Computer Science, Masters in Business Administration, Bachelors in Business administration (marketing) preferred.
– Must possess strong customer service skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Must have good negotiation skills.
– Must be able to create good presentations.
– Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
– Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
– Ability to work under pressure.
